In Spain there are 10, in Madrid, Marbella, Ibiza, Costa Brava, Seville, Granada & Costa Tropical, Basque Country. In Spain, indicative rates for these houses start at 15,000 € per week.
What to look for in a villa for groups
The number of en-suite bedrooms matters more than maximum capacity: a house for sixteen with eight suites works better than one for twenty with bunk beds. It is also worth checking the shared spaces (a dining table for everyone, shaded outdoor areas), road access for a minibus and whether the house allows celebrations.
With large groups, service makes the difference: daily housekeeping, concierge, chef and transfers coordinated through a single point of contact.
When to book
For July and August, and for key dates (Easter, bank holidays, major events), the highest-capacity villas are committed well in advance. Outside high season there is more room and better terms.
If the group is very large, the answer is sometimes two nearby houses or an estate with a guest house: ask us and we will propose it.
