Where the villas are
Luxury villas for rent near Madrid are concentrated in the north-west and the north: La Moraleja, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Ciudalcampo, Las Rozas and Torrelodones, plus the odd singular house inside the city, such as in Arturo Soria. These are established residential areas with large plots, pools and a level of privacy no city-centre hotel can offer.
The choice of area depends mostly on the plan: La Moraleja and Ciudalcampo for those who need to be close to the airport and the northern business district; Pozuelo and Las Rozas for families with international schools nearby; Torrelodones and the sierra for those who prefer the countryside a few minutes from the city.
How many guests, and from how much
The selection we publish today includes 11 villas in Madrid, sleeping 7 to 16 guests with 3 to 10 bedrooms. Indicative rates start at 10,000 € per week; some houses can also be rented by the month, from 10,000 € per month, which suits business stays and relocations.

What is included
Villas are rented with daily housekeeping, concierge and hotel-level service. Many can add a chef, breakfasts, airport transfers or other extras, detailed in each house's listing.
For celebrations, film shoots or private gatherings, say so from the start: not every house allows them and the terms change. We keep a specific selection of villas for weddings and celebrations.

We work with the same discretion as in our sales transactions: neither the client's identity nor the details of the stay leave the conversation. If what you are looking for is not published, ask us anyway: the selection on the website is only part of the houses we have access to.
