A singular villa does not need to be on every portal to let well. It needs to reach the right clients, with just the right information, and someone who answers for every stay. This is how we work with the owners who trust us with their home.
The houses we look for
Villas, country houses and singular apartments able to host with service: a good location, privacy, outdoor space and the right standard of upkeep. We work in Madrid and its north-west, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, the Costa Brava, Menorca and the other destinations in our rental selection, and we consider houses elsewhere.
Published or on request only
You decide the exposure. We can present your house on our website with photography and video, or keep it unpublished and offer it only to specific clients, as we do with our on-request villas. We never show the exact address or anything that identifies the owner.
Who the guests are
Our guests are private clients, families and companies who come through referrals, our network and The Laurex Club, our private concierge club. Every request is screened before it reaches you: dates, number of guests, the reason for the trip and the house rules.
What we take care of
Presenting the house, the relationship with the guest before, during and after the stay, coordinating housekeeping, chef, transfers and other services, and keeping you, or whoever manages the house, informed. You keep control of the calendar and the terms.
What we need to start
The approximate location, capacity and bedrooms, a few recent photographs and the dates the house is available. Where the destination requires it, the house must hold the holiday-let licence or registration that local rules set. Terms are agreed in writing before any commitment.
If you would rather sell
If you are considering selling the house, we also do that discreetly, through a reserved or off-market sale. More in selling a luxury home in Madrid.
